Create Rule : Auto approve when there are any changes made in level 5 and below (only level 4 and above require approval) RRS feed

  • Hello all,

    In MSP PWA , can i create rule that is only valid for any changes made approved in schedule level 5 and below, so only level 4 and above changes require approval and appears in approvals section of project owner / status manager

    This is an interesting question, and I actually had to do some research to give you the correct answer.  I am sad to report to you that the answer is no, you cannot create a rule with the requirements you state.  When you create a rule, the filtering criteria only apply to the fields that were updated by the team member, such as Actual Work or % Work Complete.  You cannot filter on all other fields, such as Outline Level in your situation.  Sorry.  But hope this helps.
