  • I only have chinese UI, so just a general view.

Open Internet Options, Security tab, choose the right zone for SP site, maybe trusted sites I think.

Select Custom Level, scroll down to the last, User Authentication part.

There will be four options for Login in.

  • Hi sns,

Try to set "promot for user name and password" in Local intranet zone and Trusted sites of IE:

Navigate to IE->Internet options->Security tab->Local intranet and Trusted sites->Custom level->choose "promot for user name and password":

Then close IE, reopen the site.

    Best Regards,

  • I am not very clear about your question.

Does the user automatically sign in after he access the site again? Does your SP server use AD authentication?

Check Security setting in web browser, user login, if the automatically login with current user and pwd checked.

  • Hi sns,

User can click Sign out to sign out.

After sign out the site, close the browser, clear IE cache, then open the site again.
