What is your current Access version number?
Try performing a manual update of Access (File -> Account)

please provide necessary details.
do you get any error? while you try to open form?
if yes let us know about that error. if possible for you then try to post the picture of an error.
or it does not giving any error and just not showing the image?
try to create a new form and try to embed image there. check whether you have same issue or not.
also try to compact and repair your database file.
if the issue is still there then try to create new database and try to embed image there for testing purpose.
if that work correctly then try to import all the objects from old database to new database may solve your issue.
let me know about your testing results , so that I can try to provide further suggestions if needed.
Note:-if forum give error for verification while posting the image then you can try to upload image on any free image hosting site and put the link here as simple text. we will try to check the error.

Deepak

My Access Application is created in Access 2010 and I am able to see the embedded images on the form but when I am opening the same application in Access 2016. so those images I am not able to see.
When I googled it then people were saying that this was the bug from the Microsoft and Microsoft gave a fix as a patch for the same.
