SSRS 2016 subscription issue

Question
-
We have implemented a custom authentication for ssrs 2016 and we have a created a ASP.NET HttpHandler and deployed in IIS and we are using the ReportService2010.asmx reporting service.
Everything is working fine. But for report subscription, the job status in the SQL Server agent says "Succeeded", but the report is neither delivered in the shared folder nor delivered to the recipient. Also in SSRS it still shows as New subscription only.
There is no log entries also found.
Any help in this regard is appreciated. Thanks & Regards,
Anitha John

Thank you Zoe for your reply.
Some how the file ReportingServicesService.exe.config was missing and that caused the problem.
It is working fine now.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi AnithaJ,
According to your description, I can't reproduce your issue. Is there no error information in log file? If not, you could try to recreate the subscription in report manager directly to see whether it could send or not. If there is, please inform me in details
In addition, I find a similar post for can't send subscription when using custom authentication. You could refer to this post for details.
