Access 2007 - Outlook 2010 RRS feed

  • I'm trying to use inputing data via e-mail using Access 2007 and Outlook 2010 when I try to use the create e-mail button in Access I get message that I must have Outlook installed on this computer to enable this facility, I'm using Outlook for my everyday e-mails I'm using Windows 7 and have tried to install the Access add-in on Outlook but it will not install please help II'm at a loss!

    Based on my experience, you need to use the same version of Outlook (Outlook 2007) as Access 2007. Actually, Microsoft does not recommend to install multiple versions of Office on one computer. Please see this KB article: However, it is not supported here for step by step of Office application.
