sharepoint desginer 2013 enable to login

Question

I have problem when login to sharepoint designer , have the following error. Anyone can help ?

first of all try to login to some O365 site via browser using the same account and see will it work. If it will work, but SP Designer still won't work - try to clear cache of SPD like described e.g. here: How to Clear Your SharePoint Designer 2010/2013 Cache.

I assume you are using a Office 365 account to log in. Does this account works properly with other O365 services?

If the account behaves normal, it could be an issue about lack of support of MFA in SharePoint Designer. While SharePoint Designer wasn’t initially designed to work with Modern Authentication (ADAL) there are updates available that allow it to work.

yes I also checked it's enabled for Modern Authentication (ADAL)
