SP Designer workflow to email attachment of pdf after converting Infopath XML file RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

After converting an InfoPath xml file to pdf via SharePoint Designer workflow 2010, we would like to email the link to the converted pdf via the same workflow. Is this possible? If so, what are the steps to be followed.!

Do the needful , Thanks in advance.

Note: Dont Refer Muhimbi. I contacted them, it does not have that feature to be done.

  • Hi Kamalesh Paul,

In the designer workflow, we cannot add the attachment in the email.

    It is by design.

You could add the link of the converted PDF file in the email body in the workflow.

    Best regards,
