  • Hi,

What is slow, your SharePoint online site, or the provider hosted app? They are hosted in different location. You need to make sure you know what the bottleneck is.

  • Hi,

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to measure of Office 365 site.

For SharePoint server on-premise, we can use the Visual Studio Team System (Team Test Load Agent) to measure the performance capacity of the farm.

For Office 365, there is a tool called AgileMonitor which is a cloud-based, end-to-end performance monitoring solution for Software-as-a-Service based applications.

As this is the forum for SharePoint server on-premise, I’m not familiar with the SharePoint online, for this issue, I recommend you can post a new question in the forum for Office 365/SharePoint online.

More experts will assist you, then you will get more information relation to SharePoint Online.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Thanks & Regards,

  • Are you experiencing slowness only in the Provider Hosted App or in the entire Office 365 Tenant ?

If the problerm is with App, you can start diagnozing and profiling the server which is hosting provider hosted app.
