Need to populate an Outlook 2010 / 2007 combo box with names containing commas RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have an Outlook custom client contact form that contains two combo boxes (Signer1 and Signer2) that contain staff member names that need to contain commas (ex. Joe Smith, CPA, CFFA).  Using commas in the string of Possible Values provides undesireable results.  In researching this issue it is recommended (by Sue Mosher) that code is needed to populate the combo box using the Item_Open event handler, AddItem method or List property.  I am a novice VBA programmer, and would appreciate any help or code examples to allow us to easily save our staff members names.  We use these fields for mail merges to our clients.

    Thank you
