  • In R&D, we came to know following is the required parameter to access shared mail box folder. In mailboxName, we have to pass primary or shared mail box email to access account folders.

    mailboxName = "invoicetest@abc.com"; //Either primary or Shared mail box email Mailbox mailbox = new Mailbox(mailboxName); FolderId RootFolderId = new FolderId(WellKnownFolderName.MsgFolderRoot, mailbox);
