Hiding groups on Home ribbon tab

Question

I want to hide ALL groups from the HOME tab in Word and replace them with custom groups.  However, there is one group on the home tab that has been placed with an Add-in.  I don't have the mso name for that group and can't hide it.  Is there a command I can use in the Custom UI Editor that hides all existing groups? 

I have tried hiding the built-in home tab and replacing it with a custom tab, but that causes problems with our Addins.

I was able to hide the custom group from the Customize Ribbon option inside Word, and hide the built-in groups from the Custom UI Editor.
