Workflow Suspended and show "Sorry, Something went wrong error"

Question

Hi Team,

Due to some User Profile Synchronization issue ongoing workflow got suspended and some of those suspended workflow we are not able to see the status (When we clicked on Suspended received following error-

Sorry, something went wrong

An unexpected error has occurred.

So please suggest how can we resume those suspended workflow which gives above error.

Now User Profile Synchronization issue got resolved but we are not able to resume suspended workflow because we get "Sorry, something went wrong" error.

When i try to find error in log file using Correlation Id then found error like 

Value cannot be null.... see the below some part of log file ..

Kindly suggest ...how can i proceed ?
