  • Hi,

Here is a solution from codeplex for your reference:

    SharePoint 2010 User Redirect

    https://userredirect.codeplex.com/

We can also use JavaScript and REST API to check the current user in which group, then redirect the special URL.

    Best Regards

  • Hi

You can create the link and set the Audience setting to specific group as specified in the following article.

  • Hi Soni,

Still i did not get my requirement.

Please here you  go.I have the following.

    1. View name is "View1.asp" ----> User Group Name is "Group1" ---> "User1" is added in this group.

    2. View name is "View2.asp" ----> User Group Name is "Group2" ---> "User2" is added in this group.

    3. View name is "View3.asp" ----> User Group Name is "Group3" ---> "User3" is added in this group.

The web application url is "http://sptest:2020/" which  is windows authentication.

If "User1" log in the application then he/she should get "View1.asp" page as default. Likewise for "User2 and User3".

But actually i am getting "default.aspx" page a default.

Can you tell me. Where i have done the mistake?

  • Hi Poomani,

As per your requirement by using OOB features it's not doable. So go with codeplex solution as provided by Dennis.

    Many Thanks
