  • Hello,

    there is thread (closed) ,which refers to enable/modify telephony mode in SfB O365


    I was asked by my customer whether activating UI elements (a contact's phone numbers in drop down buttons, dialpad) by adding an appropriate registry key (via customer's product installer) would violate SfB license agreements for SfB Basic users. 

    Do SfB Basic users have to purchase a telephony add-on license to be allowed to use those menus, which are usually enabled for Enterprise Voice licensees only?
