Error while copying files

Is there actually any solution for this Error 0x800700AA at all?

All those IT tech related events/warnings can be looked by Event-Viewer,open R.click on event-viewer,run as administrator,expand system events,locate the error/warning,properties,see what the OS says...

Pressing System Restore generates following pop up Error 0x800700AA

There was an unexpected error in the property page:

The requested resource is in use. (0x800700AA)

Please close the property page and try again.
