I have been trying to configure the Email router with Exchange Online and CRM 2011 Online but am getting stuck somewhere. I have setup the Incoming and Outgoing configuration profiles, and the Deployment but when I go to the final tab (Users, Queues and
Forward Mailboxes) and click Load Data, it does not work. The error message I get is:
The Email Router Configuration manager was unable to retrieve user and queue information from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server. This may indicate that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server is busy. Verify that URL 'https://dev.crm.dynamics.com/crm4org3axxx'
is correct.Additionally this error can occur if specified access credentials are insufficient. To try again click Load Data. (Access is Denied)
