I am trying to setup the E-mail Router for CRM 2011. Inside E-mail Router Configuraiton Manager, I get an error when I press Load Data under the Users, Queues, and Forward Mailboxes tab. The error I am receiving says:
The E-mail Router Configuration Manager was unable to retrieve users and queue information from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. This may indicate that the Microsoft Dyanmics CRM server is busy. Verify the URL... is correct. Additionally, this problem
can occur if specified access credentials are insufficient. To try again, click Load Data. (SOAP security negotiation with... for target... failed. See inner exception for more details.)
This is being setup with Exchange 2007. I have followed Microsoft's documentation and am unable to see where I may have gone wrong. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
On the incoming profile tab there is a setting for credentials. Those credentials are used to access the Exchange Server, and need to have full access to the mailboxes that the e-mail router has been configured to monitor. This is the first thing to check.
