ファイルアップロードの制限方法

特定の端末からはファイルをアップロードさせたくないのですが、

Share Pointへファイルアップロードすることを禁止する方法はあるでしょうか。

アップロードや添付のボタンをクリックするとエラーを出す、ファイル名が何文字以上はエラーを出す、ファイルサイズがいくつ以上はエラーを出すなど。

You can add a content editor web part to the upload page and then with the help of JavaScript you can manage the files to be uploaded or not.

To add content editor web part, first disable opening the upload.aspx page into SharePoint modal pop up from the library settings.
