How to get "microsoft account" status in action center like WscGetSecurityProviderHealth()

Question

On windows 8 "Microsoft account" status is added in Action center.

My program has been monitored action center status via 

WscGetSecurityProviderHealth() api.
But I can't find parameter to monitor "Microsoft account" status.
How can I get it ?
