    手元環境でも複数のブラウザーで同じエラーが出るのでサーバー（サービス）側の問題のようですね。

    評価版の入手を急がないのであれば、時間をおいて明日にでもまた試してみることをお勧めします。

    MSDN サブスクリプションをお持ちであれば、そちらからなら問題なくダウンロードできるようです。
