[UWP]UWP DEP0700 : Registration of the app failed, but only on network drive

Got a new file server and moved the code there. When I attempt to build I get the error DEP0700 Registration of the app failed. It does not matter if it is Debug or Release, however if I copy the code to a local drive I can run this with no issue.

I have full control on the network drive, so that SHOULDN'T be the issue....

Any ideas?

EDIT: Fixed. " project-->Properties, set the build OutputPath to a local drive"
