  • Hi Jane hossfeld,

In my opinion, if you want to achieve this requirement, you need implement the user login in your application.

Your website should know which the user login in, then it could check the user permission to see which information the user could see.

To achieve this, I suggest you could consider using identity.

After including this in your project, you could easily using role manager to achieve your requirement.

More details about identity, you could refer to below link:

  • There are very many ways to do it. Many of them are vulnerable to being hacked. How you do it depends on what you need to do. Do you want to protect an application; something that people use to do things? Or do you need to protect pictures or data files or something else?
