(Sumber: milist DOTNET) deploy mvc 3 pada sub directory default website di iis 7

Question

 

salam,

biasanya saya langsung deploy di server pakai entah itu alias baru, misal myapp.com atau localhost:namaport,

nah sekarang ada request untuk deploy di localhost/myapp, saya sudah googling tp ga nemu-nemu, ada saran/pengalaman ga?

Sama saja, nanti tinggal create virtual directory lewat IIS Managernya.

Mungkin bisa test dari development machine pada IIS manager coba add application/virtual directory di default website.

Setelah anda deploy atau copy ke folder wwwroot\ myapp, buka IIS Manager, kemudian pada folder Sites/Default Websites/myapp Right-Click mouse dan pilih Convert to Application. Pastikan pada Application Pools/DefaultAppPool menggunakan versi .NET sesuai target.

Tinggal buat virtual directory aja di Default Web Site/myapp.

Kalau pake VS 2010 (ga tau juga versi apa aja yg udah support MS Deploy via VS 2010, kalau saya pake VS 2010 Ultimate :D). Caranya deploy gini:

1. Jalankan VS 2010 sebagai administrator

2. Di bagian web project di solution explorer klik kanan terus klik publish. Nanti di sana isi localhost terus Default Website/myapp terus klik publish deh.

Note: Pastikan service untuk MS Deploy sudah berjalan.

sorry2, lupa login urlnya ga pake dynamic... thanks2 :D

jadi ceritanya aplikasinya harus login, karena url loginnya ga pake dynamic jadi ke redirect ke url yang lain, ga liat detil ke url di kolom url di browser.. sorry2 sudah merepotkan XD
