  • Question

  • Looks like we ran into a potential bug. We use 'tags' to identify records in HV as 'favorite' or 'important'. We've run into the issue where when doing an update on an existing record, if we try to remove a tag, we get the following error. If we add more tags (and not try to remove them), then it works as expected. Is this a known bug that will get addressed?

  • Anyone else run into this issue? The only solution to this I can think of is to use the custom extension XML.

  • This appears to be a bug in HealthVault where non-custodians of a record can add tags to things but they can't remove them. Only custodians of a record can remove tags. We'll look at getting this fixed in an upcoming release so that non-custodians can both add and remove tags.

In the meantime, you can use thing extensions to mark items as favorite or important.
