Health Vault App ID and medical data being sent to multiple records RRS feed

  • We are adding a new application InstantPHR to our HEALTHeLINK app ID and have encountered and issue that is not related to the new addition. 

    When a patient signs into HV and is authenticated our APP ID is linked to a patient ID and the HV ID. The medical information from the data source (HIE)  is sent to the patient record online and offline. We authorized a record and created a relatives record that the authenticated user has access to manage. The new authorized record does not have a HV crendetials to log into HV and view their personal health record. Medical data being sent from the data Source (HIE) is populating both the HV authenticated and HV ID account  AND the authorized family member. 

    This is should not be happening.

  • I am attemping to gather all information from our the vendors. I am waiting on server logs from 1 last vendor.
