Increased timeouts in the last two weeks RRS feed

  • Hi--

    We've been using HealthVault's API for about 5 years now.  Within the last week and a bit, we have experienced an increase of timeouts to the service.  We have other webserveices we use that are not experiencing this issue, so I believe it is isolated to HealthVault.

    Are others experiencing this?  Is this something that someone is looking into?  Thanks.

  • We don't have known issues about timeouts or connection resets.

    Can you send some details to hvtech@microsoft.com so we can take a look at?

    • Fiddler trace if available
