Medication Fill: "Unable to show data" in details RRS feed

  • Question

  • Howdy,

Our Medication Fill entries are showing up as "Unable to show data" in the details section.  The base fields, Name, Date Filled, Refills Left, Days Supply, Pharmacy Started, and Prescription Number are all displayed fine.  However, when trying to open the "details" section, I get the "Unable to show data" message.

I'm attaching the <info> section XML for the medication fill in question.

    Thanks for your help,
    Russell

  • Hello Russell,

This is a known issue.  We don’t currently have a HealthVault UI transform for the details on the MedicationFill data type.
It’s in our backlog of work items right now.

The HealthVault UI provides a subset of all available data types and fields; it is not a full PHR.  It’s an administrative
management tool for HealthVault users.  The intention, by design, is for users to primarily go to applications built on the
HV platform to interact with their data, not HealthVault directly.  The HealthVault UI may and likely will lag behind the
underlying platform in terms of data type support.

That being said, we’re certainly working to surface the full data platform on HealthVault’s UI directly, it’s just that it
tends to lag behind the platform services somewhat.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Aneesh D.
