hello all,

i need your help

i have two tables and i need to group each city to its region thats not in the tables and after that need to count the account numbers for each region

THE REGIONS ARE CENTRAL, WEST AND EAST USA

NEW YORK - EAST

CALIFORNIA AND L.A - WEST

TEXAS - CENTRAL

here are the tables:

City_Code	City_Name
A	NEW YORK
B	CALIFORNIA
C	LOS ANGELES
D	TEXAS

City_Code	Account_Number
A	11111111
B	22222222
A	33333333
A	44444444
C	55555555
