Analytics tools for windows phone

Question

 I am familiar with analytics tools for iPhone, but I don't know the equivalent for WP,

and will be happy to get recommendations, or a contact person which might know:

1) userVOD - Sessions recording, so, I can see videos of users flows.

2) Crashlytics- Get crash report and statistics about users' app crashes.

3) AppsFire - A feedback form, So, the user can send us his feedback about the app.

4) AppsFire - I can send a specific user notification according his device id. So, if for example I know that this is the user birthday, I can send only him notification.   I found pushwoosh but I don't know if I can send there notification for only one user...

?

 I am looking for two tools:

1) heatmaps for windows phone 8 applications

(for regular analytics I am already using Flurry)

2) Free tool to send notifications according filters and tag, so, I can target specific notification for specific user
