I’m in the process of testing SQL Server RC3 and I ran into a problem uploading .smdl files to SSRS. This is a showstopper for us. We still have many customers
and thousands of reports that use the ancient Report Models. Looking through the documentation, I see many references that state .smdl / Report Models can be used, but are not supported in 2016. What’s the final word?
