I haven't heard of any issues running EW2 on Win10, but the easy way to find out is to simply try it. If it works, fine, you're in business. If it doesn't, or even if it does (multiple versions of EW coexist compatibly), you can download and install
EW4 SP2a, the latest and last version of EW, which is completely free and does
not require activation.
EW4 offers a number of improvements, including a much improved FTP and site management capability. It doesn't have VBA, which enabled creation of add-ons, so if you have and use any of those, you'll definitely want to install EW2 as well. ;-)
