Form or application generates its own internal cursor vb.net RRS feed

  • Pregunta

  • Hello friends, I want to do something different in my project (vb.net), but I do not know if it is possible,
I want the form to create its own cursor,
when you move the mouse over the form, the current cursor is behind and a new cursor is generated inside the form.
I do not know if this is possible, it is a project for my institute :(
