How to set window phone 8 theme color programatically

I'm quite newbie for Windows Phone (8) app development.

Is it possible to change system theme (both background & accent color) colors (Setting >> theme) programmatically from C# (xaml, html5 etc...) ?

I appreciate your help on this. Thanks in advance...

No, you cannot change system theme colors. You can only override them locally for your application and make your application appear independent of the current theme colors.
