    Are there any solutions, work arounds or updates scheduled to make the IIS SEO Toolkit to crawl on sites with TLS 1.0 disabled?

    That thread clearly states at least one feasible workaround. You should not expect "a solution" from Microsoft, as they no longer maintain that IIS OOB component.

    Is there an SEO Toolkit available for IIS 10?  The toolkit found on the Web Deploy Tool will not install.
