Cannot install a published application in c# RRS feed

  • Question

  • when i publish a Wpf or Windows form application it's publishing  wihout errors

    but when i install it using setup.exe i get an error

    application cannot be started contact vendor

    here is the log file

  • Based on the message of the inner exception in the ERROR DETAILS output which reads "Unrecognized configuration section startup." I'm going to suggest you remove the startup section, unless you explicitly require framework version compatibility settings.
