Hi, a couple of weeks ago both my computers stopped received emails out of the blue, they both have seperate email addresses as they are from seperate businesses.
I am using Outlook email from Office 11 and are still using XP as we have an accounts program that only uses windows XP.
We can retrieve emails from our web server Yahoo/xtra with no problems & have tried turning off our virus protection that scans emails AVG.
I have tried the repair function in Outlook & have tried to add another account and nothing has worked.
I get the error saying "the connection to the server was interupted" & error number 0X800CC0F, which I have tried to research.
Can anyone help?
