Connect to Azure AD Error 400 Bad Request


  • Hi guys,

    Wondering if you can help me, I'm in the process of trying to install and configure Azure AD Connect.  I've Customized the settings and not configured any federation as we already have that in place.  On the next screen however I enter my global admin user account details and receive the error:

    Unable to validate credentials. An unexpected error has occurred. The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request

    I've confirmed connectivity to the internet on both HTTP& HTTPS.  If I use my account I can log in to without any issue.  I can also connect to Azure AD & Office 365 via Powershell.

    I'm quite stumped if I'm honest! :(
