This has never happened before in 6 year, there are no errors at all in the Event Viewer. If we restart the machine, it works but after 10-15 freezes again. We installed the latest Windows and SL updates (and also the FixItMe) but the problem remains.

Anyone has any idea of a recent Windows update that might be the cause of this? Or could help with some tools to profile and see logs or errors?

    Thanks in advance

EDIT: When we restart the Windows Explorer process, it starts working again
