SAP to excel export digital signature is invalid RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello

When I try to export data from SAP into excel I receive an error that Macros are disabled because the digital signature is invalid.
I checked certificate in the list of trusted publishers and it appears to be intact. My colleague received a popup message with a possibility to "Trust all publishers" and no issues after that. But for myself I only receive an error stating that "Macros are disabled because the digital signature is invalid". Certificate (SAP SE issued by Symantec Class 3 SHA256, valid from 1/29/2015 to 1/29/2018) for me and my colleague look exactly the same.

    Thanks

  • Hi Vitaly Kopf,

which version of excel you are using on which operating system?

check what is the difference between two machines.

it is possible that there is version difference of Excel.

other thing I suggest you to save your Excel file on trusted location and then try to open the file may solve your issue.

other then that you can try to change Macro Security setting from High to medium.

then it will allow you to open the file.

Change macro security settings in Excel

    Regards

    Deepak
