Unable to create Application Insights Resource.

Question

Hi,

I am creating a new project on my visual studio 2015 enterprise. The problem is when I toggle the Application Insights button, I am asked to login on azure and it says I don't have the subscription to do that, though I have a dreamspark subscription.

Since, I am already subscribed to Dreamspark, I am unable to subscribe again.

On Visual Studio, this is the error that I get :

And on the azure management portal, I am unable to enter anything while creating the resource.

What should I do?
