PurgeSubscriptionsJob_BizTalkMsgBoxDb is not working properly RRS feed

  • PurgeSubscriptionsJob_BizTalkMsgBoxDb is not working properly since 2 days after there was a problem with the service account that runs the job. Now the job runs but it is not cleaning up the records and the count in PredicateGroup table keeps increasing, and i have been running the bts_purgesubscriptions stored procedure in aggresive mode to clean up the records. Could anyone please advise why the PurgeSubscriptionsJob_BizTalkMsgBoxDb is not working as expected even though the job is in "executing" status forever. Thank you.

  • Increased the number of selected records in bts_purgesubscriptions stored  procedure to fix the issue.

  • Hi Dilip,

    You mentioned "there was some problem with the service account that runs the job". Could you please share what was the problem ?

    Also, did you try to stop the job (as it is in Executing state) and re-run the job manually. If not, please give it a try.

    Also, check whether the job is configured properly with the stroed procedure - bts_purgesubscriptions.
