Windows mobile 7 with Visual studio 2008

Question

I'm new to the windows mobile development.

How do i build a Visual studio 2008 application for Windows Mobile 7 Devices?

If any one help me with the sample application, it will be very greatful.

Developing software for Windows Phone 7 requires Visual Studio 2010 Express or higher SKUs.
