Help with Microsoft .NET Framework v4 RRS feed

  • Hi guys, I need help with a .NET framework error.

    I don't know why but I can't install framework. It keeps telling me at the end that it cant install because "the specified service does not exist as an installed service.". This is the result from the temp:

    any idea why? thanks!

    If it helps btw, Windows Update doesn't work and I think it might be correlated. I dont know please help!
