32 bit web application to 64 bit application

Question

I have a project that runs 32 bit and I want to convert it to 64 bit. In 64 bit OS I flagged the "Enable 32 bit applications" in application pool properties. I create my set up file in 32 bit OS and run it on 64 bit OS. But set up incompleted error appeared. What should I do to set up the application on 64 bit OS?
