Can a IIS Smooth Streaming client request contain a negative value ? RRS feed

    Hi,

    I'm a bit of a newbie here...

I have been seeing some lines in a log file, where clients are asking for fragments with a negative value.

    GET ... Fragments(audio101=-1)

Normally there is a value like:

     Fragments(audio101=1174657991205937)

    What does the -1 mean?

    Best regards

    P.

    Hi Peem16,

The number after audio 101 means the start time.

Now that the number is a negative value, it could be a disable or stop request.

Now that there is not much material about smooth streaming log, I’m not sure whether it could be contained in client request.

    Best Regards,

    Yuk Ding
