Hi,
I cannot upload document in library. I am getting this error
Unexpected
WOPIFrame - Unhandled exception: System.NotSupportedException: Can not create an identity context for system account user token.

Hi Frances,
As I understand, you encountered the error when uploading document in library in SharePoint 2013.
Have you installed the office web app?
You could check things below:
1. Add SharePoint site to the trust site in IE.
2. Switch another account not the system account to check if it can work.
3. Check if the "Claim to Window Token Service" is running on the SharePoint server. You could go to start->administrator tools->services.
