SQL Azure Data Sync - Recreate Sync due to schema change RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are using the SQL Azure Data Sync at https://datasync.sqlazurelabs.com to syncronize a table from one azure server to another azure server.  The sync works fine but I now need to re-create the sync due to the addition of a new column.  As I understand I need to delete all the sync related objects.

The table is named users.  To re-create the syncronization I deleted the sync group, deleted the users_delete, users_insert, etc procs, deleted the triggers on users, deleted the users_tracking table, deleted scope_config, scope_info and schema_info.  I am now trying to sync to a new empty database but are getting an invalid column name newColName error after selecting the hub server, member server and users table.  What have I missed in the process?

    Thanks
