Exchange online stuck in :"Setting up Exchange" RRS feed

  • I have used my MSDN entitlement for Office 365 and Azure and properly linked them together. I am not able to create Exchange account even though I have many license available. It seems Exchange is stuck in "Setting up Exchange". I contacted the support inside of the Office 365 portal and they have been of no help.
