How long permission request is processed? RRS feed

  • Hi! I've created a permission request for my edge extension 25 October 2017, and I don't have any feedback yet: no messages in devcenter, no emails. How is long permission request processed?

    You could create a support ticket through your developer account so that they could review your specific case.

    Please select Application as your Issue Type and click "Submit an incident".

  • I don't see any option on the form to submit a support ticket. The only options are to post in the forums or online chat.

    I'm in the same situation as Yuriy -- no response after 2 weeks when 6-day response is promised.
