  • Hi Mujtaba81,

This forum is for the support of .NET Framework installation. I'm not quite familiar with VS2003 ASP.NET IDE. For your concern on VS2003 ASP.NET development, you can try posting your issue on Installation and Setup forum. It's the forum about installing and getting ASP.NET running on your system.

For your second question, Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition is a free tool for ASP.NET development.
    For more information, see: http://www.microsoft.com/express/vwd/
However, there are some features that are not available at it. Please check: http://blogs.msdn.com/mikhailarkhipov/archive/2006/06/26/647516.aspx
If you don't need these features for development, Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition is a good choice for you.

Hope this can help you a lot!
